Seascape’s tower features floor-to-ceiling, ultra-clear, high-performance glass designed to maximise harbour views and natural light. Managing compliance for this three-layered, high-complexity façade required specialist technical assurance, detailed design coordination, and full performance validation. Work undertaken upstream of statutory authority checks provided an independent layer of due diligence, covering design development, specification alignment, interface resolution, and full-scale PMU testing to verify structural, weatherproofing, thermal, and safety performance, ensuring the façade system was fully robust and build-ready for regulatory review.
