He Procter & Gamble Guangzhou Head Office Refurbishment is a 17,000 m², USD 17 million upgrade delivering P&G’s new-generation workplace model in Guangzhou China. The project transformed the existing headquarters into an open, flexible, and people-focused environment featuring collaborative hubs, mixed-mode work areas, quiet zones, and greenery-rich breakout spaces. With a contemporary industrial aesthetic and improved spatial functionality, the refurbished office enhances teamwork, innovation, and overall employee wellbeing across it’s Greater China operations.
